Returns Policy

If there is a problem with your purchase, we will accept returns.  Returns must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving your order (receipt date determined by tracking information).  Items must be unused and in it's original packaging to receive a full refund, excluding shipping.  We do not accept returns of any used items.  Any signs of wear or damage will result in a reduction of credit based on assessed loss of value, which will be determined by our receiving department.  If the product is returned in a state that renders it unsellable, then no refund will be given.  In the rare event of an order fulfillment error, Yorganizer will also refund the original shipping costs.  Unfortunately, the cost to return the product cannot be refunded.

IMPORTANT:  You must contact us at to inform us of the issue.  At that time we will issue you an RMA number as well as specific instructions on where and how to return your order.  Do NOT return your product without an RMA number as we will not be able to track its origin and we will be unable to issue you a refund.
